1. All Macbooks only supports Mirror Mode: AA,AAA,AAAA and Extend Mode : AB,ABB,ABBB. Not support A-B+C or A-B+C+D(which only support for win laptops).
2. MST Display NOLY supports Windows laptop (A-B+C, A-B+C or A-B+C+D)
3. For Windows laptop on DP1.2, due to laptop's limited bandwidth, one of the monitors resolution will be lower than 1080P when connect external 2/3 monitors, and the final resolution depends on different laptop configurations.
4. When HDMI and Displayport work simultaneously, the resolution of monitors will down to 1080P/60Hz.
5. Only applicable to laptops with built-in usb c port, this usbc hub can't be used with usb to usb c converter. Please check whether the built-in usb c port of your laptop support video output, if not, then the HDMI,DP, 3.5mm Jack of the hub doen't work for your laptop.

2. Laptop on DP1.2 Mirror Mode(A-B+B): HDMI 1 + HDMI 2 = 4K@30Hz max + 4K@30Hz max ;

• Please Note: To the DP1.2 devices, just support two external displays.

Setup Steps for Windows laptop:

• Extend mode: Right click desktop>Graphic Setting>Display>Extend Display;
• Mirror mode: Right click desktop>Graphic Setting>Display>MirrorDisplay.

Please Note:

• USB C and PD (Power Disability, only support charging) ports cannot be used to connect displays,
• Only HDMI, VGA, and DP (DisplayPort) can be used to connect displays.
• Do not use cables longer than 3 meters for HDMI, DP, or VGA, otherwise there may be screen flickering.
• The video output will only be 4K when your device supports 4K resolution. Please make sure to use HDMI 2.0 or higher cables.

All Mac OS only support Mirror Mode: AA,AAA,AAAA and Extend Mode : AB,ABB,ABBB

For DP1.4 Laptop

For Power Delivery Port:

• Please use a power adapter with at least 65W or higher. Using a lower power charger may cause system warnings, but this situation can be ignored as it can still charge normally at a slower speed.
• The PD port only has charging function and no video transmission function.

For USB C Port:

• The USB C port only has data transmission function and no video transmission function.
